Originally from Baltimore County, Maryland, Jim spent over 30 years in the automotive industry, 25 of those years with the same company, holding numerous sales management positions including general manager and vice president. In 2003, after retiring from the automotive industry, Jim and his wife moved to the Myrtle Beach, SC, area where Jim embarked on a career in real estate. While a real estate professional in the Myrtle Beach, SC area, Jim received several awards in sales, and was one of the top producers in the Carolinas.
Jim continues to strive for perfection and giving his clients the best service available. From redeveloping his websites for easier access and reorganizing the navigation in property searches to increasing his advertising and accessibility, Jim will continue to look for new ways and ideas to make his services the best available. And his strong negotiating skills allow him to help his clients achieve their goals, which include selling or acquiring their property at the best possible price.
