- Handle all paperwork and supply copies to lending institution and closing attorneys.
- Coordinate all issues related to the necessary inspections.
- Coordinate appraisal and contingency dates.
- Preview the HUD Closing Statement prior to closing.
- Assisting with the final walk through of the home.
- Coordinate the details of closing day and attend the closing with you.
- Stay in touch after closing to assist you with any future real estate needs.
